The Residence currently offers 9 very cosy and completely reconstructed apartments (which will soon become 12), furnished with Italian elegance, but also considering the historic style of the place.
If required it is possible to use a private parking located in the inner courtyard of the building, or we can arrange parking in a guarded garage within 200m from the Residence.
The favourable location of the Residence will ensure you a very quick (5 minutes) and easy reach of the city center. Tram and underground stations are not far from the Residence. Day tram #24 and #8, night tram #52, the underground line B – YELLOW. The stations are called “Křižíkova”

Services included in the price:
The apartment is cleaned before check in and every three days of the stay, any other cleaning or laundry ordered is charged separately.
Change of sheets and towels, which are provided every three days of the stay.
Water, gas and electrical consumption
All the apartments are equipped with a satellite TV with the possibility of choosing your favorite program among 1600 channels from all around the world. You can select from English, Italian, Czech, German, Polish, French, Romanian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.
Accommodation of small pets is possible, prior notification is required.

Accommodation method:
Check in from 12.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Earlier accommodation is possible if the apartment is free. Release the apartment latest at 9.30 a.m. of the departure day. The payments are accomplished when the keys are handed over. Please pay in EUR or CZK if possible, otherwise the conversion is made using the official rate of exchange relative to EUR valid on the day of the payment. For your comfort it is possible to use the services of VOLKSBANK – just opposite to the Residence or CSOB eventually any other convenient bank.
Based on prior notice and for charge we can provide the transport from the airport, train or bus station to the Residence. We offer the same service for the departure.
27 people can be accommodated in nine apartments. It is possible to extend this number by 21 places using the maximum capacity of the Residence and accommodating 48 people. If all 48 places are ordered, a significantly lower price will be applied.

Points of interest in the close surroundings of the Residence:
Kiosks – tobacco shops – bookshops – banks – butcher’s – supermarkets – toyshops – pianobar – alehouse – pizzeria – restaurants – hairdresser
There is a lovely new restaurant near the Residence, which offers delicious cooking and wide choice of menu. You will find many Italian dishes here too. Beer is superb. The restaurant has also a nice wine cellar. We ensure maximum comfort and exquisite services and we arrange for a discount of 15% for our clients. Furthermore, you can order breakfast or dinner in this restaurant and we will bring it for you in your apartment in the Residence. The decision is up to you: an easy phone call suffices.
